In terms of occupation, it is important to note that talent is one of the top priorities of most organizations today. Goal: To see how successful our educational system is in identifying and directing talent toward their abilities, and how effective this matching of talent and discipline is in success, academic motivation, and positive student affect should be a guide for planners of the educational system. Methodology: The statistical population of the study is all undergraduate students of Persian Gulf University in Bushehr. The sample size was 400 students from a total of about 4000 students, selected by random stratified sampling method based on Morgan table.
