Abstract

Background: Education through virtual networks is a new approach among many schools and schools, and this has become a common and customary thing in education in the educational progress, motivation and attitude of students. Aim: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effects of education through social networks on math learning, math self-efficacy, positive and negative emotions, and individual interactions of elementary school students. Methodology: The statistical population of the present study is all male and female students of the elementary school in Ahram city. The sampling method in this research was random cluster sampling, and finally 2 schools were selected. Among the students of Mashakan Bank Shahada boys primary school, 15 third grade students (class A) and 15 third grade students (class B) and in Kausar girls primary school, there are 15 female students from the third grade (class A) and 15 students The third graders (class B) were selected by lottery and then placed in two experimental and control groups. Before the test, a pre-test was taken through questionnaires. The experimental group was trained through virtual space. If the control group did not receive any intervention. Results: The results showed that education through social networks has a positive effect on math learning, math self-efficacy, positive and negative emotions, and individual interactions of primary school students. Conclusions: Social networks can be effective in cooperative learning by creating accessible, flexible and dynamic learning environments.
