This study was a semi-experimental (pretest- post test plan the control group) and to the effectiveness of mindfulness education Based cognitive-behavioral therapy on resilience, self-regulation and working memory among secondary school boy students. the population was consisted of all third-grade boy students of high school in Ize, a total 30 of them who were selected by random sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (15 people). in this study, used resilience questionnaire, self-regulation questionnaire and working memory questionnaire. after the formation of groups, was conducted on the experimental group intervention (MBCT) in 8 sessions of 90 minutes. upon completion of the training program, from both groups were post test. data for the analysis of covariance was used. data analysis showed that mindfulness education Based cognitive-behavioral therapy increased resilience, self-regulation and working memory.
