چکیده

In order to increase agricultural production per unit area, agricultural operations, such as the use of chemical fertilizers is carried out. The result of this activity in recent years, reduction of soil fertility, loss of biodiversity, loss of quality of agricultural products, numerous environmental problems such as contamination of water, soil and environmental conditions and successive transfer them to human food sources and human health hazards. Therefore, in recent years, extensive studies in order to improve and maintain soil fertility, improve the quality of agricultural products and environmental pollutants have been removed. One of these techniques, use of organic fertilizers and bio for use in farming is to achieve sustainable agriculture and organic farming. Microorganism used in bio-fertilizers such as mycorrhizae are able to prepare the nutrients from being absorbed into the biological processes are non-absorbable. Arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi belonging to the phylum (Glomeromycota) that establish symbiotic relationship with the most advanced plants. Despite the extensive research that has been done with the various plants mycorrhizal fungi on coexistence, is still limited information about the symbiosis with the fungus in tomato soilless culture there. This study aimed to investigate the effect of mycorrhizal fungi on growth, yield and fruit quality of tomato under soil and soilless cultivation was carried out. Research for greenhouse tomato cultivar Pinocchio, in a split plot based on randomized complete block design with four replications and 15 treatments carried out. Treatments consisted of five culture medium as a source of soil, Coco peat, waste palm trees (palm peat), a ratio of 1: 1 soil and coco peat and a ratio of 1: 1 soil and waste palm trees and two species of mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices) and fungi (control). To treatment without the mushrooms, the amount of inoculant to see the autoclave and then was added to
