چکیده

This experiment was carried out with the aim of investigating the effect of plant growth regulator fluorescent pseudomonads on the yield and quantitative and qualitative traits of Iranian sphygroses in different levels of salinity in greenhouse. In order to carry out this research, five strains of fluorescent Pseudomonas that have salinity tolerance and growth promoting characteristics were selected. In order to investigate the effect of fluorescent pseudomonads on the yield and yield components under different salinity levels, a greenhouse experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with three replications in a greenhouse of Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Persian Golf, Bushehr. The salinity stress factor was considered at three levels (0, 50 and 100 mM) and the factor of Pseudomonas bacteria in six levels B4-6, B10, WB03, W20, WK4-93 and control without bacteria Plant were inoculated with a concentration of 108 CFU/ml from selected strains in a quadricyclic. The salinity treatment was gradually applied after the fourth step of the planting process. The results of the analysis of variance of greenhouse experiments showed that the effects The main effects of salinity and bacteria and the interaction of bacteria and salinity were significant on all measured traits. Inoculation with selected bacteria was effective in reducing the harmful effects of salinity in the vegetative period of psyllium. as salinity increasing, plant height indices, spike traits, fresh and dry weight of the plant, 1000-seed weight, mucilage content and chlorophyll content were decreased. The results of mean comparison showed that in each salinity level, inoculation with selected bacteria slowed down the growth reduction traits of the plant, so that the bacteria could significantly improve the growth parameters of the plant under saline conditions. The results of this study showed that in conditions of salinity stress. All strains of tested bacteria can
