Abstract

Boundary elements method (BEM) is studied and boundary integral equation arisen from these method is analyzed in this thesis. The boundary values are approximated constantly, linearly and by higher order polynomials. These methods are named constant, linear and higher order BEM. In this thesis we show if the location of collocation points respect to linear BEM are chosen appropriately then boundary integrals are calculated easily and the numerical method has accurate numerical results.
