Background: In recent decades, environmental and social considerations such as reducing crude resources, waste enhancements, increasing pollutants and expanding the level of contamination caused by the important and significant issues of organizations. In addition, the lack of observance of issues and ethical responsibilities leads to an increase in cost As a result, we will also reduce profitability (Wilsterson, 2005). Therefore, with the emergence of numerous environmental crises and the expansion of sustainable development, there is no enough attention to economic goals, and many organizations are forced to consider other goals such as social and environmental issues that affect the performance of the company.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the dimensions of supply chain management sustainability including economic dimension, social dimension and environmental dimension with the effect on business performance in cement industries in Bushehr province.
Methodology:.This research is applied in terms of descriptive-survey and correlational data collection method. The statistical population constitutes all managers and experts of cement industries in Bushehr province. Data were gathered by a standard questionnaire whose validity was carried out by the convergent validity measure of hidden variables of research and confirmed. The reliability of the questionnaire was also determined by Cronbach's alpha test and a combination reliability coefficient. And collected data is also analyzed by structural equations and using Smart Pls2 software. Conclusions: The findings of this study show that the dimensions of economic sustainability and environmental sustainability have a significant and positive effect on business performance and adopt the research hypothesis.
