Background:Global warming and the depletion of natural resources have motivated calls for significant changes in the way organizations produce and deliver products and services. In many countries mandatory measures, such as carbon taxation, have been introduced to stimulate the greening of supply chains. Aim: The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the implementation of green supply chain management activities and company performance. Methods: The statistical Sample of the study included the managers of petrochemical companies in Bushehr province in 2022. The research information was collected through online questionnaires. 300 people from the research community answered the research questions. Results: The results of significant z coefficients showed that there is a positive and strong relationship between the implementation of green supply chain management activities and social (r=0.888, p=0.000) and operational performance (r=0.784, p=0.000). There is a positive and moderate relationship between the implementation of green supply chain management activities and environmental performance (r=0.493, p=0.000). Also there is a positive and weak relationship between the implementation of green supply chain management activities and economic performance (r=0.231, p=0.002). Conclusion: The findings of this study help managers and policymakers to have more confidence in the implementation of green supply chain management activities to improve company performance.
