Background: Energy plays a fundamental role in addressing many of today's global development challenges, including poverty, inequality, climate change, food security, health and education. Energy poverty, a situation expressed by inability to pay energy bills or limited access to energy and insufficient energy services, energy poverty is one of the biggest challenges of the 21st century. Despite the rapid progress of science and technology in the modern world, the quality of life does not have the same speed and more families have problems in meeting their energy needs.
Aim: The purpose of conducting research and applying the findings
1- Measuring the energy poverty index in the villages of Iran
2- Examining the relationship between energy poverty, education, health and health in the villages of Iran.
Methodology: : This study will be done for rural areas of Iran. The data used in this study will be extracted from the database of the Statistics Center in Iran, the Central Bank, the Statistics Center of Iran and the energy balance sheet, the statistical yearbook of the country and the Ministry of Energy for the provinces of Iran. The statistical data of the study is related to the years (1390-1396). This study examines the interrelationships of energy poverty, education, health and health in the villages of Iran.
