Cooperatives are one of the economic forms and models in many societies. This issue has doubled in Iranian society, which is based on Islamic law. On the other hand, women's participation in cooperatives means using the potential of half of society. Accordingly, this study seeks to narrate the success of the Mjzoob Gostar Jonoob cooperative to the motives and goals of the formation of the cooperative, the target community to examine the power supply and its success factors. This research has been done by oral history method and by interviewing and collecting information in a narrative manner.
The results of this study show that the personal circumstances of the founder of the cooperative are fascinating and being in the context of a social harm and the need for optimal life management have been the main motivations for the establishment of this cooperative. On the other hand, by understanding the situation of women with their own characteristics, an attempt has been made to select the employees of this cooperative from among women involved in the phenomenon of addiction. The results of this study show that choosing the right place, access to the raw materials market and the appropriate sales market, in addition to observing the principle of empathy and constructive communication between the manager and employees have been the main reasons for the success of this cooperative.
