Cooperatives are one of the economic forms and models in many societies. This issue has doubled in Iranian society, which is based on Islamic law. On the other hand, women's participation in cooperatives means using the potential of half of society. Accordingly, this study seeks to narrate the success of Pasargad Tangestan Agro-industrial Cooperative on the motivation and goals of cooperative formation, the target community of power supply and its success factors. This research has been done by oral history method and by interviewing and collecting information in a narrative manner.
The results of this study show that the environmental conditions of childhood and adolescence and integration with agriculture, the simultaneous beginning of informatics developments and the education of the CEO in the field of computer provided the grounds for the formation of the above cooperative. On the other hand, the need of Ahram region for training skilled workers in the field of modern agriculture led to the development of this cooperative and the establishment of the University of Applied Sciences as a subset of the above cooperative. This cooperative has been able to attract the educated and skilled forces, as well as use the potential of specialized local forces. The efforts, empathy and cooperation of the board of directors and good interaction with the Department of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare and other relevant organizations in addition to the above factors and establishing a constructive relationship with the natives of Ahram region have been the factors of increasing success of this cooperative.
