One of the most important measures that has become common in many factories, offices and institutions in recent years is to prepare and record the oral history of that company, factory, office and institution. This is done to record experiences and archive them to avoid repeating mistakes and also to see the effort of all components of the organization to achieve success. The General Directorate of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare has also put on the agenda the oral history program of successful cooperatives and the narration of this success.
The following plan includes the success story of Jahan Khorma Cooperative Company. This cooperative, which is located in Bushehr province, operates in the field of medical alcohol production. The results of this narrative show that proximity to the raw material market, proximity to target markets and creative ideas as well as empathetic communication between employees and managers have been the factors of the success of this cooperative.
