In Bushehr province, endowment has been one of the most important and influential social components throughout history. The role of endowments in urban development and economic, social and cultural infrastructure of Bushehr province, especially Bushehr city, has been significant, but it has not been recognized and considered as it should be and has remained silent. According to the existing historical documents, the endowment has become popular in Bushehr province since the Qajar period and has been associated with important social, political and religious influences in each period. Based on this, it can be said that endowments, especially in the last two centuries, with all the changes in the political and governmental spheres have played an important role at different levels in Bushehr province, but this historical role and its quality and quantity have not been considered.
