Objectives: Identifying the genes that involved in the immune system are very important to immune system study and poultry breeding programs. One of the factors that affect the level of gene transcription is polymorphism in the upstream region of genes located on transcription factor binding sites. In the current study, the effect of promoter genotypes on transcription factor binding sites was investigated for interferon gamma as a gene that involved in the immune system. Materials
