Due to increased bacterial resistance to common antibiotic, there is tendency towards using herbal extract in order to increase the non- specific immune system. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of different level trachespermum ammi nutritional supplement on hematological, biochemical and immune parameters of Acanthopagrus latus. For this purpose, fish with mean (SD) weight of 9 gr were raised for 7 weeks in Vinro tanks (300 Liter water) 10 fish in each tank and feeding with different level of trachyspermum ammi powder with concentration of 0%, 1%, 2% and 4%, three replicates were used for each concentration. At the end of trial, blood sample were collected to determine some hematological, biochemical and immune parameters in different groups and compared to one another. Result show significant differences in RBC and WBC count, neutrophil percentage, Hb, HCT value and total protein activity in fish fed trachespermum ammi powder when compared with control group. The result suggest that trachespermum ammi powder may enhance the nonspecific immune system of Acanthopagrus latus. Thus this supplement especially at 2% level as immunostimulants was recommended in Acanthopagrus latus.
