چکیده

With the development of technology and growth of population, the spread of pollution in different areas, particularly in industrial and agricultural areas has grown significantly. The overdose use of chemical fertilizers, especially nitrogen fertilizers are including harmful activities as well as environmental problems, causes several diseases in humans and animals. Tomato is one of the most consumed vegetables in the world and the most important cultivated crops out of season in the Bushehr province, so you must ensure of the safety of this crop. In order to evaluate the effect of nitrogen fertilizer treatments on quality characteristics, rate of accumulation of Nitrate on Photo Pride 5 and Syprsyt of tomato fruits, an experiment was done to split-plot and in randomized complete block design (RCBD) format with four fertilizer treatments including control fertilizer treatment, urea, nitrate, ammonium phosphate and Ammonium sulfate in three times and three color of the fruit in Bushehr Agricultural research Station. After harvesting, the fruit characteristics such as volume, fresh and dry weight, length, diameter, nitrates three fruit color and total acidity, pH, glucose, vitamin C of red fruit and index of leaves Chlorophyll were measured. The results showed that the kind of fertilizer on nitrate of three levels of fruits grows and vitamin C of red level of fruits had significant effect, but had no significant effect on other characteristics. And the impact of variety was significant on dry weight, glucose, vitamin C and nitrate of red fruits and on dry weight of nitrate of pink fruit. Fruit nitrate was only significant figure in green fruit. In the same comparison of three colors of fruits, the mutual effect of fruits and varieties, fertilizer and fruit color, variety and color on amount of nitrate was significant.
