Abstract

Background: Nowadays, providing women's health is considered as one of their inalienable rights and one of the main goals for the social and economic development of societies, therefore attention should be paid to the problems and diseases that threaten the physical and mental health of women. It is one of the health priorities. The modern lifestyle has an adverse effect on sleep, that is, the advances in modern technology, due to the use of electronic devices, cause later sleep and longer hours of nighttime arousal. Methodology: In the descriptive statistics section of this research, it was found that the body mass index of the participants is between 2105 and 22.8 and their age range is between 22 and 23 years. Findings: The results showed that the average scores of sleep quality in the control group, the supplement group, the exercise group and the exercise and supplement group had a significant change, but in the exercise and supplement group, it increased more than the other groups, which indicates the effectiveness of the exercise. Yoga has an effect on sleep quality in inactive girls. Also, it can be seen that the average scores of PMS in the control group, the supplement group, the exercise group and the exercise and supplement group have changed significantly, but in the exercise and supplement group it has increased more than the other groups, which indicates the effectiveness of yoga practice on girls' PMS. disabled. Conclusions: Finally, by confirming two hypotheses, it was found that eight weeks of yoga practice and cinnamon supplements have an effect on PMS and sleep quality of inactive girls. According to the results of this research, which showed significant changes in relation to mood, behavioral and physical symptoms.
