Abstract

Aim: Increased uric acid level is a risk indicator for other heart disease consequences of tea in patients with high blood pressure, so the present study was conducted under the title of 8 weeks of zinc and green consumption on blood pressure, uric acid and sleep quality of male students of Persian Gulf University. is Methodology: New students of the Persian Gulf University who were studying physical education were invited to participate in the research. And then the research process was explained to the subject. Since the criteria for entering this study were inactivity and normal blood pressure, subjects who had these conditions were selected and their blood pressure was measured. The number of people participating in the research was 54, who were randomly divided into four groups: control, supplement, exercise+supplement, and exercise. And blood samples were taken from all subjects And the blood uric acid level of each person was measured, then each of the subjects was given a questionnaire that examined the sleep quality of these people, and exercises and supplementation were done for 8 weeks, and at the end of 8 weeks, blood pressure and the final and sample questionnaire Final blood was taken. Result: The use of green tea supplement along with walking exercise led to a decrease in the subjects' blood pressure (p=0.041) and it also showed that walking exercise reduced the subjects' blood pressure (p=0.00). Along with walking exercise, it increased the sleep quality level of the subjects (p=0.010). Uric acid changes were not significant in any of the groups. Conclusions: These findings clearly show that not only the consumption of green tea supplement along with walking exercise has an effect on lowering blood pressure, but also that walking exercise alone and regularly and with moderate intensity has a significant effect on lowering blood pressure and also Green tea supplement along with walking exercise has a significant effect on increasing the quality of sle
