The educational system in our country is centralised and it is the centre which provides all the policies, plans and even the contents. in this process, the differences in history, culture as well as native differences in regions and provinces are not given much attention by the decision makers of the Educational system. However, if we have a look to the history and the evolution process of educational system, specially in different regions and provinces of the country, it will become clear that educational system and the pedagogy in each of them have taken different directions, independent from each other. we can analyse these differences in historical, cultural, social and ecological of each region and province of the country.
