The spread of sciences caused classical patterns not responding to new issues.Therefore,The statisticians changed classical distributions which these distributions had more flexiblity to responding new issues and to fit the real data sets.Hence,Marshal-Olkin(1997) introduced a new family distributions then they developed their extended state which had more flexiblity to model data types.Then statisticians introduced new distribution relative to this distributions.In this Thesis,we study the Marshal-Olkin distributions with some it's statistical properties such as density function,survival function,hazard rate function ,etc.Then we introduce Extended Weibull Distribution for introduce new family distribution named Marshal-Olkin Extended Weibull Distribution.Then we study ome it's statistical properties.
