Today, knowledge forms a significant part of an organization's assets. Strategic knowledge planning in an organization is an important step towards achieving the goals of the knowledge management system. In this paper, in order to implement a knowledge strategy, the knowledge strategy model is extracted using Demetel method in Jam Engineering School as a case study. The proposed strategy map extracts the relationship between knowledge objectives in balanced scorecard perspectives. The results show that first, knowledge infrastructure must be provided to lead to knowledge sharing at the organizational level. Knowledge sharing then leads to learning and innovation to identify knowledge and opportunities, create knowledge that leads to value in business, and institutionalize it in the organization.
