Data analysis tools are the most important tools for analysising in all fields, especially accounting and management. This study focuses on survey the statistical information analysis tools in accounting and management. The most important tools needed in management are spss, Eviews and R software. Using Eviews software can also analyze dynamic systems and estimate a system of simultaneous equations in which an endogenous variable is the function of one or more exogenous variables and other endogenous variables in the same way. Compared with other software, Eviews is preferred. Although the R software is often used to perform statistical calculations, this software is to use the matrix calculation and in the issue, along with the commercial version of its software such as OCTAVE and MATLAB is. R is a powerful software for creating graphics and graphs
