Abstract This study examined the relationship between spirituality, hardiness and quality of life of high school students to study 200 students with a multi-stage random sampling from the population of students are selected, is studied. Questionnaire to measure variables measuring religious attitudes Baraheni, quality of life (SF-36) and Ahvaz hardiness is used. The results showed that the relationship between spirituality, quality of life and hardiness school student was significant. The components of spirituality (religious knowledge, religious tendencies and emotions, religious beliefs and religious values) were significantly related to quality and toughness. In addition, a component of the value of religious spirituality and hardiness have been able to predict the quality of life. since people with high spirituality show degrees of hardiness and quality of life, we can conclude that the provision of supporting factor such as religion and idealism to increase resiliency probably can product people again mental health, anxiety and depression.
