Abstract

Management Summary: Bushehr province with its geostrategic position and advantages in the country and region and the long sea border with the Persian Gulf is considered as a strategic resource in the fisheries industry. Due to the formation and establishment of business enterprises in various parts of the production chain, including production, processing and aquaculture to the export of haram shrimp, the fisheries industry can be considered as one of the advantages and investment opportunities in Bushehr province. This industry is one of the industries that can play a valuable role in the economic development of the country and the distribution of economic benefits due to its income-generating and currency-generating capacities, high employment-generating returns relative to the amount of investment, production method of user instead of investor, employment of deprived and vulnerable groups, especially women. And for this reason has been considered by economic managers at the national and provincial levels.
