Abstract

Background: The perception of quality and services has a significant and significant impact on the provision of customer citizenship behavior. Since the emergence of citizenship behaviors in patients visiting the Social Security Organization's medical centers (Salman Farsi Hospital, Bushehr) plays an effective role in increasing the reputation and popularity of this center among the insured persons of the Social Security Organization; it is considered very important to pay attention to this point. In today's world, citizenship behaviors provided by customers are known as supporting the organization, which significantly affects the key results and goals of the organization. Aim: The purpose of this research is to Investigating the perception of service quality on customer citizenship behavior by explaining the mediating role of organizational reputation and customer experience Methodology: The present research is classified as an applied research in terms of purpose; in terms of method, the nature of the data is classified as a descriptive-survey research and in terms of data collection method, it is known as a correlational study. The statistical population of the present study consists of the clients of the Bushehr Province Community Hospital. The sample size was determined by Cochran's unlimited population formula to be 384 people, and in order to increase the accuracy of sampling, the questionnaire was distributed among 400 people. The sampling method used in this study was non-random sampling, in which the questionnaire tool was used to obtain and measure the changes used. Also, the validity of the collection tool was examined in terms of its validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Finally, descriptive statistics indicators (absolute and relative frequencies, pie charts and histograms, mean, deviation, etc.) and inferential statistics (Klomogrof-Smirnov test and Yachtari equation modeling) were used for the analysis of the research results u
