Background: Sex education is a process that helps healthy sexual development, marital health, interpersonal relationships, emotion, intimacy, body image and gender roles. Considering the importance of sex education for couples, in this research, a serious board game has been used as a platform for sex education for couples. Aim: The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of Shahreshgh game on improving sexual knowledge and attitude, sexual suspicions and sexual anxiety of couples in Isfahan city. Methodology: : In the present study, 20 couples (20 men and 20 women) were selected based on the inclusion criteria and by purposeful sampling from the mentioned statistical population, and then 10 couples (10 men and 10 women) were randomly selected in the experimental group and 10 couples (10 men and 10 women) were assigned to the control group and the questionnaires of sexual knowledge and attitude, sexual misconceptions and sexual anxiety were used to measure in the pre-test and post-test and finally the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS software - 23 cases. it placed. Conclusions: The results of the covariance analysis showed that the significance level for the research variables is 0.001, sexual suspicions 0.001, and sexual anxiety 0.014, respectively. The results of this research show that the Love City game can increase knowledge and attitude, correct sexual misconceptions, and reduce sexual anxiety. Considering the importance of sex education to couples through various and attractive tools, it is recommended to use this game for sex education to couples.
