The purpose of this research is to study the causes of religious commitment and its manifestations in the Diwan of Ali bin Khalaf al-Hoveyzi and the methodological method on which this study relied on a descriptive-analytical approach. This research will address the commitment of the poet and his life and features that had a distinctive role in the commitment of the poet as a political and social and then address the most important features stylistic in the expression of cases of commitment. The most important results of this study: that the poet despite his exile in the country of alienation was related to the people of the house, and with all the concerns he faced remained a lover committed to the meaning of the word and his style of expression of this commitment is simple.
