Abstract

Unifying seven small emirates in the form of a federation, maintaining the stability and integrity of the United Arab Emirates Federation, its rapid growth and development was the most important action of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The Role of the UAE Government in the Persian Gulf region , The Sheikh's political thought since ruling Al-Ain region and establishing the federation, controlling the situation, managing the upcoming crises and building a stable state, government and nation are evaluated in this research. This research aims to examine the political thought and actions of Sheikh Zayed, dimensions and intellectual process, political orientations, achievements for the contemporary and future generation as one of the influential people of the 21st century by referring to Persian, Arabic and Latin library sources and using the method Descriptive-analytical analysis. The first results deduced from this thesis are Sheikh Zayed's intelligence and shrewdness, Sheikh Zayed's special policy in the first step: establishing a federation and then unifying the government, adopting a humanistic approach in decisions and actions at the domestic and international level based on this approach.
