In the past two decades, nanofibers has attracted the attention of many researchers due
to their novel properties such as large surface to volume ratio, flexibility and high mechanical
performance. Nanofibers have many applications in the fields of filtration,
medicine, textiles, composites, energy saving, environment, protective
clothing, automotive industries and building. Up to now, more than 200
types of nanofibers have been fabricated, including natural polymer,
synthetic polymer, ceramic, and carbon.
