چکیده

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of herbicides Butachlor on some blood parameters of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). 180 pieces of salmon for research in four experimental groups (25, 50, 75 and 100% dosage of LC50) consists of five treatments and three replicates for each treatment at 6 days, were exposed to various concentrations of the herbicide Butachlor and changes in blood parameters were studied. Following the 6 -day housed young trout exposed Butachlor , various factors such as the number of red blood cells , white blood , hemoglobin and hematocerit values MCV , mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration in the experimental treatments , the difference were statistically significant (p <0.05) ( table 1 ). The number of red blood cells , white blood cells and hemoglobin and hematocrit values , with increasing toxin concentrations Butachlor , decreased. Also , by increasing the percentage of poison Butachlor , MCH, MCHC was observed that the trend of factors . Significant differences between the control treatments treatments treatments 75%, 25% , 50% and 100% of the amount LC50 96h Butachlor size was measured on these two factors . The MCV, significant differences were observed between the control and other treatments (p <0.05). impact of these toxins reduces the amount of hemoglobin from 12.16±0.49 g dL in the control group to 4.13±0.0 g dL at 100 % of LC50, hematocrit of 24/16±1/20 in the control group to 16/26±1/41 in 100 % dosage of LC50, the red blood cells from 0/96±0/0 million per cubic millimeter in the control group to 0/69±0/08 million the number PCS in 100 % of the LC50, white blood cells of 28/90±0/21 thousand per cubic millimeter in the control group TO 17/00±1/41 thousand in 100 % of the LC50, MCV of 251/96±1/55 fl in the control group and 235/02±1/98 in group 100 % of the LC50, MCH of 126/98±0/64 pg in the control group and 59/92±0/53 in the amount of 100 % of the LC50 and MCHC of 50/33±2/34
