چکیده

Burns as one of the most destructive physical and chemical phenomena in the skin, are cause of many discomforts and deaths all over the worlds. In this study, identification of fatty acids of cucumber fat, anti-inflammatory activity and wound healing by using sea cucumber fat in rats was evaluated. In this assessment, the cucumber oil was extracted using Hexane solution and Soxhlet extractor. To prepare some burning ointment of cucumber fat which was 0/7 grams of fatty mixed with 35 grams of Eucerin. Thirty male Wistar rats were divided into three groups: n negative control (treated with Eucerin), treated by Alfa ointment, treated by cucumber ointment 2% . Analyzed Fatty using mass spectrometry chromatography showed 26 compounds in sea cucumber fat. These compounds include 11 saturated fatty acids, 14 unsaturated compounds and an unidentified compound. Among the saturated fatty acids, Hexanoic acid showed the highest content of 7/35% and Pentadecanoic acid with the lowest content of 0/77%. In non-saturated fatty acids, methyl-?-linolenate fatty acids with the highest amount of 14/07% and 9-tetradecenoic acid with the lowest content of 0/35%. In this study, the total amount of saturated fatty acids was 41/22% and the total unsaturated fatty acids content was 56/63%. In qualitative and quantitative studies, the results showed that in number of vessels, fibroblasts and epithelial thickness on days 14 and 28, the cucumber ointment had a positive therapeutic effect compared to the control group. There were no significant differences in blood leukocytes in all three treatments. In CRP parameter, positive control and treatment groups showed significantly decreased in compared with negative control group only on the 7th day which was the period of acute wounding. The results of the anti-inflammatory and restorative factors showed the significant decreased in the level of interleukin-2, in both treatment groups compared to the negative control. Two important restorative fact
