چکیده

In this study, an Oscillating flame detector (OFD) based on frequency measurement and amplitude variation pulses outputs produced in the torch was designed. oscillatory behavior of liquid - gas mixture ( propane and butane ) and air in a steel tube was opened and diethanolamine ( as one of the components of industrial wastewater ) was selected for analysis. then , changes in the amplitude of oscillation induced by CCD camera were recorded and then the required studies were carried out . for data analysis , the lab data were used for data analysis . spectrophotometer was used to measure COD removal as an indicator of industrial pollution. the time series diagram of the generated sound pulses usually consists of three separate parts flashback, explosion and extinction . the frequency and intensity of a wave can be represented by the fourier analysis as a spectrum . when the pulse is injected , the pulse intensity and the peak frequency shift . variations in pulse frequency and frequency were obtained from visual analysis of spectrum logs and time series series. the different parameters such as the generated pulses can be used in decomposition can be referred to frequency, maximum amplitude, rise time and In this study, different concentrations of diethanolamine were prepared. And by designing a thermal system of varying volumes of sample prepared for injection, it was converted into vapor and then introduced into the detector. And by examining the results of a linear dependence between the volume of injectable diethanolamine (mmol) and the detector response (area below the intensity-time curve) leads to the equation y = 25413 x 3.22 and R2 = 0.996 Was done. The detection limit of about 0.1 mmol (7.03 ppm) of the analyte and the repeatability of the analyte is approximately 5.7%.
