In recent decades, new cultural values as a result of achieving awareness of the interdependent nature of the organization, society and the environment is appeared. One of the subjects that today seem necessary, is research on social responsibility and employees collectivism . This study mainly focuses on the relationship between social responsibility and employee collectivism. So this study is to define corporate social responsibility aspects, financial aspects, advantages and disadvantages, and the definition of the concept of collectivism and individualism, to examine the relationship between corporate social responsibility and employees collectivism . The results show that corporate social responsibility and employee collectivism have positive impact to an other.
