In order to examine and simulate the compressive fluid behavior, this article will use methods of finite volume numerical analysis, similar to Star-CCM software. This model has been developed based on time-averaged Navier-Stokes equations (RANS). For Sequence of free surface changes, the volume of fluid (VOF) method is used. This method has been developed in 1981 by Hirt and Nichol; the results of this equation have been compared to the data of foregoing physical experiment in Alborg's wave tunnel for vertical breakwater scale in 1:40 and the model's results and the experimental data are in good accordance with each other. These issues are important for reliability analyses and cost optimization and price optimization.
