With the ever growing popularity of computers and networks, web learning (e-learning) has turned into a more feasible and accepted approach worldwide (1). Being an essential tool for supporting education and learning, the Web has become an important component of higher education programs. A variety of learning activities including communication, information retrieval, collaboration, evaluation, etc. are performed in this network. Researchers believe that web learning will continue to grow and claim a larger share of the higher education market.
