Characterization is one of the most important principles of storytelling, and the creative writer is someone who can create new and different characters in accordance with storytelling standards. Accordingly, in this study, the subject of humorous characters in Akbar Sahrai works is discussed. The research method is library and descriptive-analytical and the information collected is classified and process by content analysis method. The hypothesis of this field research has been the use of imagination in constructing the characters of its story. Question: What is the role of imagination and other artistic factors in the creation of funny characters (Dar ali and ...)? How many hilarious characters do you see in Dar ali's work how many hilarious characters do you see in Dar ali's work? In what ways has Mr. Sahrai used and how successful has he been in creating funny characters? that Dar ali is the most important character and main character of the stories. Most characters are static. Some characters such as Dar ali, Mash Rajab, Murad and Davood Fasqli can be considered as the main character and the rest are minor characters. In his characterization of humor, different ways have been used, from speech and behavior to appearance, for distinguish them. Dar ali character is the most important character of the stories. Dar ali differs from others in many ways: Normally, it does not look like the typical characters of war stories, but has become a character due to its different characteristics. Mash Rajab, Murad, Shapur and Davood Fasqoli are also the main characters.
