In this thesis, a green, efficient, and high yielding procedure for the synthesis of novel biologically Water soluble spirooxindole derivatives by the condensation reaction between isatin-5-sulfonic acid sodium salt dihydrate derivatives, malono derivatives, and C-H activated carbonyl compounds in the presence of DABCO, as an inexpensive, available, reusable and eco-friendly catalyst in H2O/EtOH mixture under reflux conditions has been reported and their application as Phospholipase A2 enzyme inhibitor by use of Molecular docking accounts and in vitro study has been considered.
