ne of the important issues for exploiting the intelligent metering system infrastructure (AMI) is to optimize the benefits of smart grid distribution. In this paper, with the aim of maximizing the profitability of the power distribution company by providing a new model to find the optimal location for using smart meters along with technical and economic factors, the Cultural Development Index is also considered. To this end, training costs are needed to increase the cultural development rate. This is very effective in finding the optimal and intelligent strategy for stepping up smart grid intelligence infrastructure development. To this end, the proposed model, based on nonlinear programming with integer integers (MINLP), has been coded in the GAMS software, and has been implemented in Bass 4 and Feeders 1 and 2 of the RBTS network to evaluate its impact. The results show that optimal placement of AMIs can have a decent return on investment during the year.
