Nutritional effects of two supplementary diet containing Macrogard "yeast extracted from saccharomyces cerevisiae" and Clostat "extracted from Bacillus subtilis PB6" on growth, blood factors, and intestinal tissues of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were studied. One and two percent of Clostat and Makrogard were added per kg of commercial food. Fifteen fishes with average weight of 35.68 ± 2.50 grams were kept in each of 27 aquaria (40*40*40 with 56 litters’ water) for 50 days under laboratory conditions and fed twice a day with experimental diets. At the end of culture period, biometry was taken and hematological and intestinal histology parameters were studied. There was significant differences in growth indices including specific growth rate, daily growth rate, weight gain, condition factor and food conversion ratio for the fishes treated with Clostat and Makrogard as compare to the control group (P<0.05).
