چکیده

In order to better understand the raltion between shrimps and cultured environment, amount of some micro and macro-elements including calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and manganese in the shell and its rearing environment were measured in a completely randomized design during a culture period. The results showed a significant difference between all the elements listed in the shell, water and soil. Concentrations of these elements in the shell was always higher than the environment. Amount of calcium, magnesium, potassium and manganese decreased but phosphorus showed an increased trend. Zinc did not show a clear trend. Comparing the mean shows that calcium, magnesium, potassium and manganese in the shell are positively correlated with the trend of the elements in the environment. Phosphorus and zinc had no correlation with the environment. Also, calcium, magnesium, potassium and manganese of the shell show a positive relationship with salinity. In overall, the highest and lowest concentration was phosphorus (6444.3 MG / KG, W.W) and manganese (3.5 MG / KG, W.W). The mean of the elements in the shrimp’s shell from highest to lowest was as follows: P> Ca> Mg> K> Zn> Mn.
