The present study examines the conditions of plasma stability with low elongation. In this thesis, after an introduction of nuclear fusion and its benefits on nuclear fission, has been introduced one of the most common methods of nuclear fusion which is magnetic confinement. In order to be familiar with tokamak plasma having elongation, a geometry of tokamak with low elongation has been presented. After the work and energy calculations, a relation of the ignition temperature of plasma has been achieved in terms of other effective parameters in plasma stability. By placing the ignition temperature in Lawson's criterion, the variations of n? in terms of temperature for five tokamak reactors have been investigated and shown in the diagram. The results show that ignation temperature reduces for higher elongation.
