Background: Strawberry (Fragaria ananassa) is one of the most important small fruits in the world and in Iran, and increasing the quality and performance of this product is very important. On the other hand, various reports indicate that the use of organic fertilizers such as humic acid and biofertilizers such as EM has had a significant impact on improving the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of horticultural products.
Aim: In this experiment, the effects of EM biofertilizer and humic acid on some morphological and biochemical traits of strawberry in greenhouse conditions in Bushehr province were investigated. On the other hand, this research was carried out in order to achieve the appropriate concentration of humic acid and EM biofertilizer in the strawberry irrigation method, to find the best concentration of humic acid and EM biofertilizer, which causes the highest concentration of nutrients in strawberries and the production of quality fruit should be better introduced.
Methodology: This experiment was carried out as a factorial in the form of a completely random design with 4 replications in the form of soil cultivation in pots in greenhouse conditions. The test factors included humic acid with concentrations of 0, 500, 1000 and 2000 mg/l and biofertilizer EM (effective microorganisms) in two concentrations of 0 and 30 ml/l. At the end of the test period, the morphological traits including fresh and dry weight of shoot, length of shoot, number and average weight of fruit per plant, number of flowers per plant, percentage of fruit set per plant and chemical factors including the amount of soluble sugars in fruit, vitamin C, soluble acidity Titration, pH, electrical conductivity of fruit extract, P, K, Ca and Mg levels of leaves were measured.
Conclusions: The results of analysis of variance showed that the effect of EM biofertilizer and humic acid on shoot dry weight, fruit yield, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of strawberry fruit incl
