The present study was designed to develop the Bushehr province's skill development plan with the marketing approach of technical and vocational training. According to the objectives of the study, mixed method approach was used. in the qualitative part of the study, using semi-structured studies and interviews with 29 experts and specialists in the fields of study, the needs of skill training in the sectors of industry, mining and commerce, handicrafts and tourism, Pars Energy and Subsidiaries, Sadra Deep Water Technology Company, Science and Technology Park, Nuclear Power Plant, Prison and Agriculture were identified. in the quantitative part of the research, based on the data obtained from the qualitative part of the research on the skills and training needs of the mentioned sectors, a researcher-adminesterd questionnaire was developed. From the Scientific Committee's review, the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample consisting of 184 experts and practitioners in the fields of study and data related to the research questions were collected and finally the provincial skills training needs of the mentioned areas were prioritized from the point of view of the study sample. In the final part of the research, the needs of skill training were prioritized according to the provincial preparation plan (center, north and south), divided into 4 sectors of industry, agriculture, handicrafts and tourism, and services and complied with the standards of technical and vocational training organization in terms of compliance and non- compliance.
