چکیده

One of the issues that humans have been facing for a long time is to maintain employee job satisfaction and create the right conditions for maintaining it in the organization, because the employees of an organization are not happy with their work, the chances of their loyalty to the job go down in the organization. One of the ways to create and maintain job satisfaction and employee loyalty is the appropriateness of the ethical climate of the organization. The ethical atmosphere of the organization has a variety of dimensions and types, each of which can have a different impact on organizing. The purpose of this article, considering that the article is descriptive, is to examine the background of the subject and to show the effect of different ethical climate on employee's job satisfaction.
