The present study is descriptive and library studies It explains the link between professional ethics and television advertising in informing and creating a positive attitude in people. in this Research after expressing the definitions of advertising and professional ethics, the advertising industry and its related fields and objectives and characteristics. And its merits, the psychology of advertising and culture and its management, the importance of adherence to the principles and rules of professional ethics in matters And there are various issues of this industry This is one of the most important tasks of knowing and knowing more Responsibilities of the owners of goods and services as well as sponsors and sponsors of television advertising in the light of professional ethics And as a guide to their work, will make the public aware of their activities.
