چکیده

With regard to the role of marketing and advertising agencies, as well as an undeniable role in the success of strategic management do a proper planning, In this study we have tried to discuss the importance of strategic management, marketing and advertising are discussed. initially about the concept of strategic management and its procedures are explained; Then on the concept of e-commerce is an important part of today's business world has its share of what is expressed. After about advertising concepts, electronic advertising and comments expressed the importance of advertising; Finally, the importance of strategic management in a discussion about the various methods of advertising and marketing and advertising materials are provided.
