چکیده

Culture, art and architecture are the foundations of a dynamic civilization and are among the main features of a land. In addition to the aesthetic and individual aspects, art can reflect the ideals and ideas, as well as the social characteristics and spirit of a society in its own time. And decorative ornaments and decorations are an integral part of the building, architecture and culture of any land, which has a high and valuable place in our land. And this art, both in the interior of the spaces and in the levels of the building, has established the field of extensive connection of other arts with architecture and has shown it in the time and arena of history. All of this comes from human communication, the intersection of culture, and the growth of ideas and beliefs. Therefore, it is important to study the interior decorations of historical buildings, especially in the Sang Siah neighborhood of Shiraz. The main problem of the research is to be able to recognize some of the historical buildings of Shiraz Sang-e Siah neighborhood from the point of view of interior decoration as a case study. Therefore, the aim is to investigate the factors affecting the interior decoration of the historical buildings of Shiraz Sang Siah neighborhood. In the present paper, which is a type of fundamental research, its research method is documentary studies of theoretical foundations. The method of collecting information is based on the written sources of Persian and Latin libraries and an attempt has been made to review the historical buildings of Sang-e Siah neighborhood of Shiraz and examine their interior decorations. As a result, paying attention to the old buildings of the Sang-e Siah neighborhood of Shiraz from the point of view of architectural decorations creates desirable and harmonious designs with this valuable historical texture.
