The Cinema entered Iran through the Qajar court, and after that, it spread in Tehran and cities and was welcomed by the people.The arrival of cinema in the southern regions of the country such as Bandar Abbas, Bushehr, Abadan, Masjid Suleiman and Ahvaz entered these cities with a slight difference compared to other regions of the country.The present research is in progress To deal with the formation of cinema and its expansion in the southern regions of Iran and its effectsSeveral factors have worked together to make this media reach strategic border points such as Suleiman Mosque, Abadan, Bushehr and Bandar AbbasDue to the emergence of a new industry such as the oil industry and the formation of a new economy, these cities benefited from all kinds of facilitiesMigration to these areas, the existence of different cultures and the formation of the working class, the growth of urbanization were among the factors that distinguished these areas from other cities in IranAnd cinema as a medium for the people of these regions had another effectThis research has been done in a descriptive-analytical way based on the arrangement of historical time and placeIn this research, sources that describe these cities and a media called cinema have been usedAlso, in order to complete the material, help was taken from the collection of documents of the Organization of Documents and the National Library of Iran and interviews with people who had information related to the research field.The findings of this research show that cinema in the northern shores of the Persian Gulf has been influential in various fieldsAnd it has caused the creation of movements and protests, the creation of employment, the creation of cultural houses, the printing and sale of magazines, and the spread of the English language in the mentioned areas.
