The ring of continuous functions, C(X), of tychonoff space is very useful tool for simultaneous extension and make a relation between courses of topology and algebra. In this thesis we investigated some particular forms of this ring, mainly for finding a solution to problem posed by M. Henriksen and M. Jerison about the space of minimal prime ideal of C(X) in 1961 and 1965.
