Abstract

Background: Since the key activities of human resources specialists involved in the operational affairs of the organization are considered as one of the main sources of competitive advantage in today's competitive and constantly changing markets, it is similarly difficult to develop competitive markets in the current situation and requires organizations. Agile is therefore the application of human resource strategies and organizational agility enables companies to understand the value of domestic and foreign customers, knowledge of competitors, products, technologies and resources of competitive advantage and affect the increase of organizational performance and competitive capabilities of the company. Aim: How strategic human resource management affects organizational agility is the subject of this study. Methodology: The present research is descriptive and correlational based on the applied purpose and in terms of nature and method Conclusions: The results of research findings show that strategic human resource management has a positive and significant effect on organizational strategic agility in Bushehr Gas Company.. This article demonstrates the benefits of strategic human resource management in the organization and includes concepts for the development of strategic human resource management and its effects on organizational strategic agility.
